Herbert-John Hayden is a Senior Associate of the law firm. His practice concentrates in the areas of real property transactions and litigation, employment matters, commercial litigation and financial institutions law. He has extensive experience in all facets of employment law and fair housing laws, including counseling clients as to day to day employment and housing issues, conducting investigations and defending claims before all Courts and in administrative hearings.
Mr. Hayden advises executives on day-to-day employment issues relating to work force reduction planning and implementation, human resources investigations, employee discipline, wage and hour issues, and FMLA matters. He also handles workers compensation, personal injury claims and automobile accident claims.
Mr. Hayden provides counseling to public entities in matters of labor and employment litigation. He works on cases involving labor and employment including: class action suits and wrongful termination matters, tax appeals and audits, professional liability, malpractice, products liability and bankruptcy.
Mr. Hayden received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.A. from University of Texas at Dallas.
